Shipping

 

We ship orders from Monday - Friday.

2pm EST is what we consider the "safe" cutoff for getting an order shipped out the same day. Any later than that and we will try our best, earlier and it will be leaving the same day. For critical shipments please call for confirmation of service.

If the courier chosen observes the day of your order as a holiday, it will be sent the following business day. 

If the package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. 

 

     Inside the USA

When shipping to a PO Box address, a USPS class shipping service must be chosen. 

Only USPS class services offer standard Saturday delivery. For all other options, including Next and Second day services, weekends are not counted as part of the service guaranty. Sunday is not counted as part of the service guaranty for any of our shipping methods. 

On some federal holidays USPS services may not be available while other options will be. For critical shipments or if you need help determining the best shipping method, please call us.

 

     Outside the USA

International orders are subject to any taxes and duties the destination country levies on the package. 

Orders sent via USPS Global Priority Mail

  • No tracking available
  • Delivery is between 10 and 21 days
  • Delivery by your local postal service
  • Our least expensive international option

Orders sent via USPS Global Express Mail

  • Tracking available
  • Delivery is between 7 and 14 days
  • Delivery by your local postal service
  • Expedited customs clearing

 

Returns

You must contact us for a RMA number first. This RMA number must be printed on the outside of any package containing a returned product.

Return Policy Check List

  • Do I have the RMA number and is it visible on the outside of the package?
  • Is the product itself unopened from it's original package?
  • Was the product purchased in the last 30 days?
  • Is there a copy of the invoice inside the box?
  • Am I using a traceable shipping method?

Being able to answer "yes" to all of the questions in the return policy check list will insure your return is process quickly and without any delay. 

If a product is returned that has been opened, used, is outside of the 30 day window or does not meet our return policy in any way, a refund will not be granted and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. 

15% processing fee is deducted from the refund amount of all returned products. Shipping charges are non-refundable. 

 

Privacy

We will not intentionally distribute your personal information to outside sources except to those that are providing a service to Rennbay, inc. and are under it’s direct supervision. As a customer, we will contact you from time to time. If for any reason you would not like for us to contact you just let us know. You can do so by phone, email or direct mail as listed on our “contact us” page. 

 

Warranty

We provide a 1 year warranty on all of our products from the original purchase date. Warranty claims are only for product replacement and do not include labor, additional damages or any other obligations beyond replacing the product that was initially purchased. Our warranty is only extended to the original purchaser and is void if the product is transferred to another party. Warranty is immediately void if the product is used on a closed course or for any timed event. This includes, but is not limited to, driver’s education, auto cross and rally events. This warranty does not renew or extend to any product that is replaced under the terms of this warranty. 

     Considerations

All critical components should be inspected annually. Some components that we provide are considered wear items. This means that they will degrade over time and will need to be replaced at some point. It is the customer’s responsibility to have these items inspected in order to determine the proper point at which they will need to be replaced. 

For racing, closed course or competition use we recommend that any critical components not only be inspected but also be completely replaced on an annual basis. Inspection and replacement is also suggested following any event that could put more than normal stress on that component. These replacements are not covered under our warranty policy. We do offer single component replacement kit parts to previous customers but only at the customer’s own determination. Detailed materials and processes are made available upon request to customers in order to aid in this determination though we always recommend complete unit replacement.
